The hotel was clean, service was excellent. The breakfast was varied at 9.20 and with outstanding food. The staff were nice, thanks to them everything was nice. The location was marvellous, you can visit Via Faenza by walking.

Our stay was good, really enjoyed rich and great breakfasts.
The location was incredible, at a medium distance from Medici Chapel. It was easy to find the train station, located walk from the property. The staff was attentive and reasonably good, they showed us what good service is supposed to be like.

I was on a city trip with my girlfriend. The room & the location were top. The breakfast was fine, just Italian ;). The staff was very friendly, and also the underground car park in the immediate vicinity is to be mentioned positively :).

The hotel offered excellent service even though we arrived very late at night. They made the check-in process smooth and allowed us to rest as soon as we arrived. The breakfast staff were friendly and the room had a screen on the window/door, allowing for fresh air at all times. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with key attractions and amenities nearby.
The room we stayed in had a few drawbacks. The door to the bathroom did not close properly and made a squeaky noise, which disturbed our sleep, especially the kids.
